Is there support for residents with impairments?

We will offer an assisted collection service to eligible residents who are unable to manage the bins. This involves the waste collector coming onto the property, moving the bins and crate to the truck for emptying, and returning them to the property.

Residents will need to complete an application form, attaching supporting medical documentation. Contact our Customer Services team on 078386699 or to apply.
